  1. Customization :

    The client is liable to pay Excellence Market Research for service and content as stated on the website, and would also be responsible for all other related taxes and duties(sales, use, property)as maybe applicable.
  2. Cancellation and refund :

    Due to the confidential nature of the market research reports, cancellation of orders will not be accepted after the project is confirmed, and Invoice is signed. However, refund is possible only in case of multiple payments and will be initiated at the earliest. In other cases, apart from this, the refund policy is not applicable. If you have any concerns related to the quality of a report, Excellence Market Research will address them at the earliest.
  3. Use of content

    • All intellectual property rights inclusive of database rights, trademarks, domain names, and others on Excellence Market Research website (IPR Content) belongs to the company or license for use of the same has been obtained by the company.
    • Excellence Market Research permits the downloading or print copies of the IPR Content of its website for non-commercial personal use only. In such a case, the copies so obtained need to retain the copyright or other intellectual property rights notices as may be mentioned on the original content.

    • Fees :

    • All fees need to be paid as per the terms of payment mentioned in the applicable order (Fees). Excellence Market Research reserves the right to cancel access to the product in case the full payment has not been received by Excellence Market Research within the stipulated time.
    • Taxes:

    • All fees paid to Excellence Market Research are exclusive of all goods and services, sales, use or other taxes, customs, duties and similar levies. All the aforementioned payment payable in or to any jurisdiction or authority whatsoever shall be the sole responsibility of the client. This payment will exclude taxes levied on the income of Excellence Market Research.
    • Overdue Amounts:

    • Overdue amounts shall bear interest calculated from the date when due until the date that payment is received by Excellence Market Research. Interest at a rate of two percent (2%) per month compounded monthly (which is equivalent to 26.86% per annum) but shall not exceed the maximum amount permitted by law would be levied on the same.
    • Collection Expenses:

    • The client is required to reimburse Excellence Market Research for the entire collection related expenses incurred by Excellence Market Research, which shall include all attorney's and service fees arising out of collections of overdue fees and taxes.
  5. License Option

    • Single User license grants users one non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Excellence Market Research report online or download the same on one authorised computer and print one duplicate of the report for individual use. The report may not be replicated for internal circulation or otherwise. The client also DOES NOT have permission to:
    • Allow access to the report in any form to any third party.
    • Resell, sub-license, rent, lease, transfer or allocate rights of the report (in whole or in part) to any party unless explicitly permitted to do so by Excellence Market Research.
    • Store, alter, reproduce, and/or distribute the report in part or full for any commercial purpose apart from those specifically stated and approved by Excellence Market Research.
    • Exploit or wrongfully use the report in any other terms apart from those explicitly stated as per terms and conditions of the license, and be in breach of the laws in the United States or India in any manner whether explicit or implicit
  7. Multiuser License :

    • A Multiuser License grants users a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Excellence Market Research’ report online or download the same on a maximum of four authorized computer and allows up to four authorized users to use and store the same. The report may be replicated for internal circulation alone among the company personnel. The client also DOES NOT have permission to:
    • Allow access to the report in any form to any third party.
    • Resell, sub-license, rent, lease, transfer or allocate rights of the report (in whole or in part) to any party unless explicitly permitted to do so by Excellence Market Research.
    • Store/alter/reproduce/distribute the report in part or full for any commercial purpose apart from those specifically stated and approved by Excellence Market Research
    • Exploit or wrongfully use the report in any other terms apart from those explicitly stated as per terms and conditions of the license, and be in breach of the laws in the United States or India in any manner whether explicit or implicit.
  8. Enterprise License :

    • An Enterprise License grants users non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Excellence Market Research’ report online or download the same across the client’s organization and other subsidiaries and also display, print and circulate multiple copies of the report within the organization and its subsidiaries. The client also DOES NOT have permission to:
    • Allow access to the report in any form to any third party.
    • Resell, sub-license, rent, lease, transfer or allocate rights of the report (in whole or in part) to any party unless explicitly permitted to do so by Excellence Market Research.
